Yes, that's the usual case. We migrate the data at launch, and the sheets can stay alive through the transition so nothing stops.
Why not an off-the-shelf CRM?
An off-the-shelf CRM wins when your process matches its logic. If you're already bending the business around someone else's software, or paying for ten modules to use two, your own system ends up easier and cheaper over time. At the review we'll tell you honestly which case you're in.
